Great Value For The Price
Bike arrived as scheduled from Bikes Online. It was very protected in the box. The first thing is do not be put off by the weight of the box as half the weight or more is the box and the protective coverings. My friend and I were able to get it together in about 30 minutes from opening the box to ready to ride. I put my own Look Clip Pedals on the bike and think the weight is about 32 lbs or less. The frame is used on some higher models by Superior so you could shed some weight if you were interested. One thing I noted is that the 29" wheels increase the standover on the bike. I bought the Medium. I'm about 5'8" but with a 29" inseam and its a tight fit but I would not size down because for my height with a long torso it makes the bike too small. This was my first 29" bike and it is very different as my last mountain bike a dual suspension Specialized is about 30 years old with much smaller wheels. Not having disc brakes ever nor internal frame cable routing nor a lockout on the fork I was in on the specs for the money. Also the ratio of the cassette to cranks is .6111 which is much less than a lot of bikes making it easier to go up hills. Yes, it does have a dual crank but you have less weight on the cassette and a good ratio so its not a bad trade off for the price. So I took my first ride on it and the tires, even though they seem good for pavement, gravel and single track did fine. I was amazed at the brakes which are hydraulic, as a car guy this was cool. I have a loop on my property that goes from flat to downhill to steep downhill singletrack to undulating and uphill and needed different gear selections that were super smooth with no adjustments out of the box. Superior makes a few of these models with the same frame for under $1000 on BikesOnline. I was interested and think there is value in these bikes but could not upgrade due to availability but am not disappointed in the $449 sales price nor what I bought to get back into mountain biking. Me: I'm 62 my dad and I owned a bike shop in the 80's.

NIce Bike that needs to be sold as advertised.
The bike overall is nice. But I ordered the light color and the saddle and tires are not as described. I’m disappointed. The saddle is just plain black. No orange accents as shown in the picture. The tires are also all black. Not Schwalbe as shown in the picture or in the description. Overall it’s a nice bike. I copied and pasted this from a someone elses review as I have same issue. Also --- One of the tires became flat before a half mile was ridden on the street. I was using 55 PSI out of 65 max PSI. Ive bought 3 bikes from bikes online. im happy with them all. 2 of the bikes did have flat tires from some newby pinching the tube during installation im guessing.

Not as described.
