Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Polygon Siskiu T8 Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. How to Enter

• The Giveaway begins on December 7, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025.
• To enter, participants must sign up to our email list via the official BikesOnline giveaway entry form.
• This is the only method of entry. No social media entries are accepted.
• Only one entry per person.

2. Eligibility

• Open to US residents aged 18+.
• Employees of BikesOnline, Polygon, and affiliated partners are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited.

3. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive:
• 1× Polygon Siskiu T8 – Trail Bike
• Approximate retail value: $2,399.99 USD
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• BikesOnline does not reserve the right to substitute the prize.

4. Winner Selection

• Random draw from all valid entries.
• Drawing will occur on or about January 9, 2026.
• Winner notified by email and must respond within 5 business days.

5. Publicity Release

Winner grants BikesOnline and Polygon the right to use their name and likeness for promotional use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Entrants release BikesOnline and Polygon from any liability related to participation or prize use.

7. Privacy

Personal data will be handled in accordance with:

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of California.
