At BikesOnline, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All bikes, parts, and accessories we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Excluding Ex-Demos, only frame warranty applies).

How Warranty Claims Work

Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. The length and coverage depend on the brand, and we’ll help make sure you’re connected to the right team.

In most cases, the fastest way to get rolling again is to work directly with the manufacturer. They know their products best and can quickly assess your claim.

If the brand requires warranty claims to be processed through the retailer, our support team will handle the process for you and keep you updated at every step.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

• Labor, shipping costs, or downtime

• Consumables (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, etc.)

• Proof of purchase (BikesOnline order number)

• Photos or details of the issue

• Serial number (for bikes, frames and parts)

While warranty approval and coverage are determined by the manufacturer, BikesOnline is here to help you navigate the process. If you’re unsure whether to contact us or the manufacturer directly, just reach out to us, and our team will guide you.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

We want the warranty process to feel fair and hassle-free. Customers are responsible for sending their product to BikesOnline or the manufacturer for inspection. Once a claim is approved, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item back to you, so you can get back to riding as quickly as possible.
