Overall very happy with my purchase with bikes online. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was shipped a bike that had a defective front brake that needs warranty. Great customer service though, very responsive and willing to work with me on the warranty process. Loving my bend r7, can't wait to really rip on it when I get it back from the shop.
