Great bike
My very short experience with this bike has been very impressive. Great build, quality components. I picked this up for $2400 and I can’t justify spending $3500 + for a Specialized or Trek even though those bike are great quality. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy this bike. It arrived in two days and was packaged extremely well. All the tools were provided for assembly to make sure everything was properly torqued. I highly recommend this bike. No need to spend more for a bike if you are an average weekend rider just looking to have fun.

Quickly won me over
I nearly returned this bike and I’m very glad I didn’t. My initial test rides through my neighborhood and on flat XC trails, I thought I might have made a mistake as this bike does not carry momentum very well. THAT SAID: Do yourself a favor and put this thing on an any single-track trail. Pull the tubes, pick up your pedaling cadence a bit and it does well. Go do some tech climbing and then go ahead and point this thing downhill through some rocks and logs…. This bike completely came to life. Brakes are insane, suspension is easy to get dialed; poppy bike and plush ride feel. Bike definitely needs to come with a better dropper lever and chain, but the price is right. I’m also glad my bike showed up with 2.4” Dissectors rather than 2.6s. This bike is certainly more toward the “All-Mountain” side of the trail bike spectrum, which is pretty obvious with the 36. If you’re going to do nothing but ride XC trails and a park once a year, get the T8 or maybe a faster pedaling bike. But if you don’t mind holding a slower pace, this bike will wow you on trail. As far as BikesOnline: I give 5 stars as well. The bike arrived with a few minor issues (caliper rubbing, derailleur needed to be properly setup) but BikesOnline made it right. Shipping was fast and the price was fantastic.
