Beware of the non-US sizing standards used by IXS. I wear 32 in Fly’s pants and US/Bikesonline size S (aka "Euro M”) is about right. (I have to cinch the waistbands in on both brands, but not excessively.) I think an extra inch or more of inseam wouldn’t hurt (I’m 6’ 0”) but these aren’t . I wear 31 waist/32 inseam in Levi’s 511s, if that helps. I haven’t actually ridden in these yet, but they seem to move well (tons of stretch) with my knee and hip pads underneath. The logos and other graphics on the charcoal colorway are fairly low-key, which is a welcome change from all the pairs of Fly Racing’s bicycle pants I’ve owned. Bonus points for the Motter Ombra font. Bikesonline were easy about me returning the US size M pair that I initially purchased (I was out shipping costs, both ways, but that’s only fair).

I have issues with sizing charts all time when buying mtb gear online and idk why. But finally this is something that seems to fit true to size. I wear 34-36 size pants, bought these pants in a large and these fit soooo perfect. They don't feel too tight or too loose and the adjustable straps inside is a really nice feature. What an absolute steal for $40.
