These Terms & Conditions (the "Official Rules") govern the BikesOnline 2026 survey survey-based sweepstakes (the "Promotion") conducted in the United States by Bikes Online Inc, with its principal place of business at 211 Calle Pintoresco, Suite A, San Clemente, CA 92672, USA (the "Sponsor"). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. Promotion and Sponsor
   1. Promotion. The Promotion is a survey-based sweepstakes conducted in the United States and governed by these Official Rules.
   2. Survey URL. The survey is available at https://form.typeform.com/to/Z8ctA7Td (the "Survey"), or any replacement URL notified by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
   3. Administrator. The Sponsor may appoint one or more third-party service providers to assist with survey hosting, entry collection, winner selection, winner notification, prize fulfillment, data hosting, or other Promotion administration activities.
2. No Purchase Necessary
   1. No purchase or payment required. No purchase, payment, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning.
   2. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
   1. Eligible entrants. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry (each, an "Eligible Entrant").
   2. Rhode Island exclusion. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to enter, and no offer is made in Rhode Island. The Promotion is void in Rhode Island and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
   3. Excluded persons. Officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Promotion, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
   4. Proof of eligibility. The Sponsor may require an entrant to provide proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any Prize.
4. Promotion Period

   The Promotion begins on May 26, 2026 at 00:01 Pacific Time and ends on June 8, 2026 at 00:00 Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

5. How to Enter
   1. Survey entry method. During the Promotion Period, an Eligible Entrant may receive one (1) entry by (i) accessing the Survey at https://form.typeform.com/to/Z8ctA7Td; (ii) completing the Survey in full in accordance with the on-screen instructions; (iii) providing a valid full name, email address, and phone number; and (iv) affirmatively checking the entry confirmation checkbox described in Section 6 and set out in Schedule 1.
   2. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE). To enter without completing the Survey, hand-print your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to: Bikes Online Inc – BikesOnline 2026 survey AMOE, 211 Calle Pintoresco, Suite A, San Clemente, CA 92672, USA. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received no later than four (4) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
   3. Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same person or from the same email address may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
   4. Invalid entries. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent, submitted outside the Promotion Period, or submitted by ineligible persons, are void.
   5. Ownership of entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Entry Confirmation and Optional Marketing Consent
   1. Required entry confirmation checkbox. To submit a Survey entry, the entrant must affirmatively check a required entry confirmation checkbox in the form set out in Schedule 1, Paragraph 1.
   2. Optional marketing consent checkbox. Entrants may, but are not required to, affirmatively check a separate optional marketing consent checkbox in the form set out in Schedule 1, Paragraph 2. Entry into the Promotion is not conditional on giving marketing consent. Checking, or declining to check, the optional marketing consent checkbox will have no effect on an entrant's chances of winning.
7. Prize and Taxes
   Prize: US$3,000 Store Credit at bikesonline.com
   1. Prize. One (1) winner will receive store credit in the amount of US$3,000 redeemable at bikesonline.com (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is US$3,000.
   2. Prize conditions. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions (including expiration dates) imposed by the Sponsor or the issuer of the store credit.
   3. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use of the Prize not expressly stated herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the Prize is US$600 or more, or where otherwise required by law, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (including the winner's full Social Security number or taxpayer identification number) before the Prize is awarded, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and the Internal Revenue Service for the ARV of the Prize.
8. Drawing, Notification, Verification, and Redraw
   1. Drawing. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on 8 June 2026 (the "Drawing Date") at San Clemente. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
   2. Notification. The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry (or by mail for AMOE entrants) within approximately three (3) business days following the Drawing Date.
   3. Winner verification. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release (where lawful), and any required tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9) within the time specified by the Sponsor.
   4. Redraw. If the potential winner (i) cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt; (ii) fails to respond to the notification or to claim the Prize within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt; (iii) is found to be ineligible; (iv) declines the Prize; or (v) fails to return any required documentation within the time specified by the Sponsor, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate drawing will occur at 13:00 Pacific Time on June 16, 2026 at San Clemente.
   5. No guaranteed award. The Sponsor is not required to award the Prize to any person who cannot be verified as eligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or does not provide required information or documentation within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.
9. Privacy and Data Handling
   1. Information collected. To administer the Promotion, the Sponsor collects the personal information entrants provide at entry, including name, email address, phone number, postal address (where applicable), date of birth (where applicable), and Survey responses.
   2. Use for Promotion administration. The Sponsor uses entrants' personal information to administer the Promotion, including verifying eligibility, conducting the drawing and any alternate drawing, notifying and awarding the Prize to the winner, complying with tax-reporting and other legal obligations, maintaining Promotion records, enforcing these Official Rules, and resolving disputes relating to the Promotion.
   3. Survey responses. The Sponsor may use Survey responses for research, analytics, product, service, customer experience, or business improvement purposes, provided that any public reporting or external disclosure will be in aggregated or de-identified form unless the entrant has otherwise consented.
   4. Marketing use (optional only). The Sponsor will use an entrant's contact details to send marketing communications only if the entrant has affirmatively checked the optional marketing consent checkbox described in Section 6. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication or by contacting sales@bikesonline.com. Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the entrant's Promotion entry.
   5. Service providers and disclosure. The Sponsor will not sell entrants' personal information and will disclose it only to (i) service providers and vendors acting on the Sponsor's behalf to assist with hosting the Survey, collecting entries, conducting the drawing, verifying eligibility, notifying the winner, fulfilling the Prize, or providing related services; (ii) tax, legal, or regulatory authorities as required by law; or (iii) as otherwise required to administer the Promotion.
   6. Retention. The Sponsor will retain personal information for the period necessary to administer the Promotion and satisfy applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and thereafter will delete or de-identify such information, except as required by law.
   7. California residents. The Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at bikesonline.com/pages/privacy-policy. California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of certain processing of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact sales@bikesonline.com.
10. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical information, and Prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

    By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (i) the entrant's participation in the Promotion; (ii) the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize; or (iii) any breach of these Official Rules by the entrant. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, or postage-due entries or mail; (ii) any failure, malfunction, or interruption of any website, server, network, internet, hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment; (iii) any inaccurate or incorrect entry information; or (iv) any error, omission, defect, delay, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROMOTION.

12. General Conditions
    1. Modification or cancellation. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, public health emergency, natural disaster, force majeure event, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
    2. Tampering. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including referral to law enforcement) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    3. No waiver. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that term.
    4. California legal framing. The Promotion is intended to be conducted as a lawful sweepstakes under applicable United States and California law. The Sponsor will conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any Prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Clemente County, California, and each entrant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Winner List and Official Rules Requests

    For a copy of these Official Rules or, after June 20, 2026, for the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Bikes Online Inc – BikesOnline 2026 survey [Rules Request / Winner List], 211 Calle Pintoresco, Suite A, San Clemente, CA 92672, USA. Requests for the winner list must be received no later than June 20, 2026. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
