1. Eligibility

This offer is open to U.S. Military Veterans and Active Duty personnel with valid proof of service.
Spouses, dependents, and other family members are not eligible.

2. Offer Details

Eligible customers will receive $100 off any single purchase with a total cart value of $1,000 USD or more (excluding shipping).
This offer is only valid on November 11, 2025 (Veterans Day) and applies to purchases made through the official BikesOnline.com website.

3. Proof of Service

To claim this offer, eligible customers must contact the BikesOnline Sales Team via the official Contact Page and provide valid proof of veteran or active duty status.
Acceptable documentation includes one of the following:

DD214 Form
Veteran Identification Card (VIC)
Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC)
Common Access Card (CAC)
Driver’s License or State ID card showing Veteran designation

The Sales Team will review the submitted proof and, once verified, apply the discount manually to the eligible order.

4. Offer Application

Discount is applied manually by the BikesOnline Sales Team following verification.
Minimum spend of $1,000 USD, excluding shipping and taxes, must be met in a single transaction.
The discount applies to all products available on BikesOnline.com, including bikes, gear, and accessories.
Offer valid for customers with U.S. shipping addresses, including Hawaii and Alaska.
All standard payment methods, including third-party financing accepted by BikesOnline are applicable.

This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or sale offers.

5. Returns and Refunds

If items from a qualifying purchase are returned, any refund will be processed based on the amount paid after the discount was applied.If the refund reduces the total purchase value below $1,000, the $100 discount will not be reinstated or transferred to another order.

Offer valid only on November 11, 2025 (U.S. time zones).
Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
BikesOnline reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse service, or cancel transactions found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with these terms.
