Honestly, I cannot recommend this bike more highly. The quality is excellent, the shipping was super fast and the components are top notch. I bought this bike moving from a cheaper e-MTB looking for something with a bigger battery and more capable for trail and descents. I could not be happier with the purchase to be perfectly honest and I would definitely buy it again knowing what I know now. From a packaging stand point it was second to none. Bike showed up with some box damage from the couriers but no dramas at all because the bike was so well packaged in it's box. I certainly will be shopping at bikesonline again for the next upgrade after this bike should I decide to down the track. 10 out of 10 for the bike and the service.
