Edge comes preloaded with maps for paved and unpaved routes, plus global MTB trail data from Trailforks. Get ride-specific routing for mountain, gravel, or road, and follow popular paths with Trendline™ routing. Track fitness with VO2 max, recovery time, and adaptive Garmin Coach plans. GroupRide shows live locations, incident alerts, and leaderboards. Daily suggested workouts guide your progress based on training load and VO2 max.

RIDE PROFILES WITH 5 HZ GPS
Use the enduro profile to track total ascent and descent for each run — and the whole ride. The downhill profile laps automatically after each descent. Paired with multi-band GPS and 5 Hz recording, you’ll get sharper line data and richer stats on every trail.

With preloaded Trailforks maps, you can dig into trail details before you ride. And get guidance along the way with Forksight mode to see the names of trails up ahead , distance elevation and more.
