Building on the classic lines and styling of a race bike, the lightweight carbon frame features subtle aerodynamic cues on the tubing and internal cable routing to reduce wind residence. While, the stiff downtube, thru-axles, and wide bottom bracket ensure an efficient platform for power transfer to put down some watts!

Great Purchase Experience

I bought the Polygon Strattos S7X - 105 Di2 Carbon Road Bike and it arrived even earlier than expected. Packaging was flawless, and the assembly guide, along with the helpful videos on the BikesOnline website made it super easy to set up in under an hour. Every component was well protected and in perfect condition. The bike's quality is exceptional, and I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!

Good but not great

Pretty good. First off I did make a mistake and order the wrong size. I tried to have the order changed before shipping, but that was not possible as they use a 3rd party warehouse. Shipping was fast, 2 days to arrive so that was good. I had to refuse shipment because it was the wrong size bike. Getting a hold of someone at bikes online is nearly impossible. They use a bot to direct calls and nobody is there to call you back. Finally I did receive an email, and it took a couple more days after the shipment was back to warehouse. There is not a lot of confidence in customer service. I can't imagine the service ordeal to get a repair or warranty done through this company. They have like one person handling everything at the office. If there is even an office. Anyways when I got the right size bike the price increased so I then had to get that adjusted, That was quick and smooth at least. Assembly was fine, but not if you don't work on bikes all the time. I do so I know how to bleed brakes and assemble a full bike with realive ease. This one was okay. I was not able to assemble the handle bars as the brake hoses were over 3 inches to long. They must have left the hoses at full length. I could not put the handlebar on the stem and to fix the bolts without fear of kinking the brake hoses. So I had to unwrap the handlebar tape, undo the brakes, cut the brake hoses down and re-bleed the whole system. Not to mention if you don't have the tools or the extra olives and barbs to re-bleed and reaffix your brake lines, that's an also an extra cost. I happen to have some spares so it was not a big deal. But still It probably shouldn't Have had to be done If the bike was Built Correctly. That is not an easy task for someone who is most likely getting their first bike. This would require most people to take it to a bike shop. I knew what I was doing so it wasn't that big a deal but buyer beware. And now have to install new bar tape, because I was not able to save the tape that came pre-installed fairly low quality, but that's typical. And the brake calipers were not aligned very well. There was rubbing on the disc calipers. Not sure if that was due to the packaging or just poor setup when they built the bike in the factory. The bike I noticed was also missing the rubber grommets that go around the brake hoses when they exit the fork and the rear chainstay. I Don't know if these were just left out because they forgot to put it on the hose before they ran the brake hose through the frame or if the bike doesn't actually come with any grommets. Either way, there was quite a bit of maintenance more than just attaching the handlebars as their video and instruction say you need to do. So for a newbie, this is likely a scenario to have to take it to your local bike shop and have the bike assembled and checked out to make sure it's actually rideable without causing any problems. Beyond that, I think it's an actually a pretty good bike. It is absolutely amazing value. So, I expected this to go like it did for the price and I was Willing to take a chance and manage the issues on my own. This is all just my experience, others may have different better or worse. Worse. I like to give comprehensive reviews when I actually give reviews to let other customers know what they're getting into. So do your research on bike size and make sure you double check your order before clicking the Go button. You will get your bike pretty quick, but be prepared to do some prep work and don't think it's a 15-minute job and you're going to be riding your bike. Be prepared to spend a few hours checking things over and or just take it to your local bike shop and have them do the work. But that's certainly going to cost you probably a couple hundred bucks worth of their time, and then you're back to just buying a bike from the bike shop. So you're not saving a whole lot of money. This is real a scenario for the do-it-yourselfer home mechanic in my opinion.. And you better have some bike tools and a work stand. Otherwise it's probably not worth it.
